Trailer's out. From what I could tell, we are supposed to be excited about...

-Jet packs. Meh.
-Assassinations. Every other shooter already had them.
-Vehicles. No wait, they were in all the other ones, weren't they?

You're not blowing me away yet, Bungie. Some of those game modes look promising, like maybe the cap on numbers of players per match is gonna escalate, but other than that I'm still waiting to be impressed.

Perceived lack of content has prevented me from purchasing games in the past and it'll happen again from the looks of things.

I'm not shitting on Halo just to shit on it, because I did enjoy playing on lan parties and stuff on Halo 2 and 3... but this just seems like more of the same plus... jet packs.

Also, what is the difference between an assassination and hitting someone on the back of the head anyway (or killing them from behind with energy sword)? An animation? Seriously now.

And I don't know about you guys but this video just SCREAMS DLC. It's so poorly done for a bungie video, I can't really take it seriously. As in I'm seriously not going to buy it if it looks like that.

Halo has become a business, they are just churning out titles now to sell copies and not putting effort into new ideas/features. I wont buy any Halo after Halo 3 until I am proved otherwise.

These are equivalent to MW: World at War.

I think it will be a solid game, and will have a cool story. But I agree, it just does not interest me enough at this point to warrant me getting excited about it.

I have seen some in game shots from mmagazines and what not, and it looks beautiful.

Look, I love Halo as much as the next guy. I own and regularly play Halo Wars (which is the only good console RTS by the by), I think that means something. But they've gotta work a LITTLE for my affection.
