Well, at the moment I have homework, lifting, running, and hockey. I haven't played a game since Heidi took her xbox home last night at 5pm. That was Assassin's Creed, I rented it when she got her xbox.

Good game by the way, but a definite rent since there's no multiplayer.

I'm pissed at ASUS right now because I called them twice asking for advance RMA's already, they said they'd do it, I jumped through all their hoops, and I still haven't gotten the replacement motherboard and it's going on a month now. *sigh*.. I'll have to just call them again.

With only 14 credit hours of courses, I really don't have that much homework. Most of my time is spent doing reading and papers for seminar, papers for German, and pre-labs.

I've been lifting and running every MWF approximately 8-9:30, hockey every Tuesday and Thursday morning 10am-12pm, and paintball on Sunday mornings, 8am-12pm. Paintball consists mostly of field drills, so it's more of a physical workout than you'd think. We pick teams on the fly and joust for 30 seconds, then we get 10 seconds to pick next team up and sprint out to the start, then start another joust. If the round takes longer than 30 seconds, we do 4 wind sprints double the length of a basketball court. Rinse and repeat until we're out of paint, bust ass to clean up so we can do it again. We usually get 5 rounds in 4 hours and each person usually plays about 6-8 times per round depending.

Instead of sicking karanji on ASUS, I'll stop bending over for them and take what I deserve from them.

At MWF 8-9:30pm I'm busy doing the following:
Military Press - 65lbs. - 4 sets of 8 reps
Bench Press - 150lbs. - 2 sets of 8 reps OR 140lbs. - 3 sets of 8 reps
Arm Curls - 25lbs. - 4 sets of 8 reps
Dumbbell Flies - 25lbs. - 4 sets of 8 reps
Calf Press - 90lbs. - 4 sets of 8 reps
Leg Curls - 70lbs. - 4 sets of 8 reps
Leg Press - 180lbs. - 4 sets of 8 reps
Back Hyperextensions - 60lbs. - 4 sets of 8 reps
Decline Sit-Ups - 25lbs. - 4 sets of 8 reps (1 rep = up/left, up/right, up/center)
30-45 minutes on a seated row, tread mill, or bike
