7/27 - 7/29 What's everyones schedule like this weekend? I'd like to get some serious games going, as many people as possible.
Re: 7/27 - 7/29 My plan is to sit on my thumb while i wait for bfg to get off their asses and ship me a fucking card. It's been 2 days since I requested that advance RMA and they haven't so much as sent me an email. 4 days ago I also filled out an email support form. They say to expect an email within 24 hours. 48 hours later, no response. I call tech support and request an RMA, they said they'd email me with the info and some forms. No emails yet. I filled out another email support request form. Needless to say, I am unhappy with their RMA department. Doubtful I will buy another BFG card because of this incident. However, the guy on the phone did offer me an advance RMA with no questions asked. Maybe I can play some CoH on my shitty computer this weekend. Who knows.
