Re: Battlefield 3 Agreed. Although... It would be cool if BF3 was BF2 remastered on Frostbite 2 engine with some of the BC2 streamlines/improvements. Namely non-insta health kits and ammo boxes (BC2 is heal/ammo over time). Things I think they should revert to BF2-style: unlimited ammo for vehicle munitions, tracer darts (get rid of them, bring back the AA rocket). Unlimited ammo for vehicles is a big one though, that needs to go so we don't have dickholes that circle strafe in the helicopter all day long or fire tank shells at objectives constantly. They need to have an ammo system where they need replenishing. Helicopters should only refill at helipads. Tanks are not as much of a problem, those can be taken care of by ammo kits, but at the regular regen rate (as to discourage spamming).
Re: Battlefield 3 I don't really care what ERA the game is in. As long as they focus on the PC and not consoles. But If I had to choose, i'd go with futuristic.
