    Call of Duty 4

Just get it, the game is really awesome. No co-op, since the single player campaign is short... unless you play on hardest difficulty like me, than it will equate out to about 10-15 hours lol.

Multiplayer is really quite awesome. Not sure if computer would be the better way to go, as I really like how it handles and looks on the 360, however you do lose that extra bit of control a keyboard/mouse offers you.

Anyone able to link a side by side review of the three platforms it was launched on?

I just spent 20 minutes looking at gameplay videos. Wow.... the game looks completely unappealing to me.

I want to try it before I buy it. It's COD though, so it's gotta be good, right?

i guarentee you get your moneys worth out of it. The first level alone was one of the coolest experiences I have had in a game.

Looks better on PS3, just because they did an extra graphically pass over, but XBOX's controller scheme works better, PSX controller's analog positioning is horrible.

I am sure comp is the best route to go for control, but to be honest, I am definitely enjoying the game playing with a controller... it almost adds to it.

The multiplayer unlocks and guns/gun modifications are simply awesome... it feels like you are participating in blackhawk down the movie. Tons of different multiplayer type games, 1v1, lone wolves, team death match, cap and hold, etc etc... literally the list goes on and on.

it rocks, trust in what brendan says, and buy it.

when is mass effect do out? I never was a fan of the Star Wars games, but ME looks pretty dope. Assassins Creed I could see being dissapointing, but I heard nothing but good things so far.

I will play my 60$ out of COD4 for sure. Worth every penny.

I picked up COD4 too.. I can honestly say it's pretty much the coolest game ever. I haven't played mutli-player but the single player is great.

I'm looking forward to Assassins Creed, I'm hoping Kayne And Lynch is good, and other than that I really really want a fucking Wii for Super Mario Galaxy.

assassin's creed isn't a shooter. its third person action game. if you liked prince of persia at all (or even played it) then you would probably like assassin's creed. they have over 12,000 animations in the game and the main character, altair, has over 1,000 animations for himself.

i think both games look cool but im more excited for mass effect. KOTOR (still worth getting if you aren't 100% concerned with graphics) was awesome.

FUCK YOU and the sarcasm you rode in on~! ;-)

I know assassins creed isnt a FPS "SHOOTER", just saying 2.5 of the three games I own are ~_~

COD4 still seems to amaze me. I think im on a burn out spree good thing I leave for south beack in about 4 hours

I got CoD4 for the PC today and... WOW! I havn't even touch the mutliplayer yet. I'm hooked on single player atm. I've NEVER been this hooked on a FPS SP before. This game was well worth the $50 it cost.

damn right, im going through withdrawal on the multiplayer... it is fukin intense. It can be frustrating, but once you get the hang of shooting... you will rape.
