    If I've learned anything over the course of 23 years, it's that nobody likes a snob. PS3 is fun, xbox is fun. You've got both, they're both good for their own purposes.

    Oblivion wasn't really that fun for me so I guess I'm in agreement that we have different tastes. On consoles I enjoy shooters/action titles, racing games, and sports games.

    Is Sony still releasing broken consoles? I remember when I first bought my PS2 I sold it because it shipped with exactly 0 of the features they said it would have.

    meh i prefer xbox, i have access to both units. Only thing ps3 has for it is MGS4 and a nicer dpad. Xbox is acquiring FF13 and even Tekken (which takes the cake, bc no one has been able to do this).

    side note, i bought secret of mana on my wii last night. Still need to get mega man 9, but man... i cannot WAIT to play through secret of mana again.

    If it was me and i had one system, it would so be SNES, with the following 10-13 games:

    -secret of mana
    -ff6
    -ogre battle
    -legend of zelda: link to the past
    -actraiser
    -breath of fire 2
    -mega man x, x2, x3
    -chrono trigger
    -super metroid
    -super mario world

    I hate oblivion with a passion, don't you remember my rant on western RPG's? I can't STAND them! They suck so bad. I downloaded Fallout 3 though, it's alright and gets by on it's humor, but it's basically oblivion with guns.

    What happened was sony released the ps3 with this "dream" chip inside that gave the ps3 it's 100% backwards compatibility, these were on the first wave of 60gb consoles. To cut back on costs and lower price they removed it from their next batches (granted this was a long while after), so now many people don't have 100% compatibility with their games. I do though, I'm holding onto this system with my life.

    Yeah. Age of Conan could have been awesome, too. It is easily the best looking MMO graphically.
