Medal of Honor Beta

    Medal of Honor Beta

    Did anyone actually like the MOH beta? I thought it plays like a crappy version of CoD. The Hitboxes feel way off, the guns are really unbalanced, and the headshot multiplier is way too high. I guess that's stuff that could be taken care of once the game goes retail, but I don't think I want to waste the money to find out.

    The mission mode is fun for a bit, but in the bunch of games I played I've probably only won once as the insurgents.

    Cons:
    The mission mode is a crappy version of Rush.
    Lets not talk about grenades & RPGs.
    Gun balance is non existent.
    Lag is an issue, sometimes.
    Half the menu options don't work.
    They're focusing too much on the PS3 version.
    There hasn't been an update in over a month.
    etc.



    Pros:
    People don't take 10 shots before they die.


    I'm done believing this statement. Half the time it takes them 6 months to a year to fix major issues like these.

    Too often have I trusted companies to fix what's wrong in their "beta" releases. A crappy beta is 99% likely to be a crappy game. Tread lightly.

    I'm not getting MOH because of all the crappy beta reviews.

    MoH has always been a crappy version of CoD. That's why infinity ward split off of its parent studio in the first place.
