yeah i'm not so sure if it'll be what it should, i always had a hard time with micro and this game seems to have armies of the same scale as the original (upwards of 150 units or more)

i'll need a new mechanic to make me love it

but it is pretty, and i'm always a sucker for new units

CoH has small armies. Why don't you play that?

the concept artwork for molten core is really freaking amazing. I love stuff like that, with such detail and power. Frazetta is another one, who painted crazy ass pictures like that.

I remember my friend showed me an artist who painted futuristic landscapes and they were dark adn scary and awesome... anyone know who that might be?

Anyways, if you ever want to play wow again, I will play with you. But i dont think there is any reason to play it, as the grind is horrendous.

Oh I was looking over all the SC2 units, man that game looks to be pretty cool. I really wish/hoped they would add a new race to the game... but I suspect that will be done in an expansion pack.

It's okay, I'm going to get flamed even more for this, but I've been playing EVE Online. It's a PvP based game which is what I was looking for, although the PvE is a little dull.

    Re: SC2 baby

Well, PvE in EVE consists of um, mining? From what I've heard, although the game is SUPPOSEDLY "anti-grind", it contains the most grinding out of any game I've seen.

At least that's what it sounds like. The only cool thing about it is the fact that you level while not in game... but then it becomes a contest of who has had their account for longer...

    Re: SC2 baby

If you really want to look at it that way, it's more of a contest of who can keep focus on what they want to do for longer. If you want to do one thing well, it's pretty easy to catch up with everyone else because there's only so much skill in one area you can get. I'm working on combat and I can toe-to-toe with some of my corp mates in ships of equal class who have had their accounts since 2006.

The only reason you would mine anything is if you want to build something. You get better money for doing missions anyway. Doing missions is a grind if you go it alone, but if you're in a corporation then it's no big deal at all. The game is only a grind if you play alone, and it really isn't meant to be played alone.
